I dont know what they could do I dont think they can take ur kid unless theres a good reason to and theres places that house moms & their kids

She said she that I wouldnt have any insurance cuz she would take me off of hers and put me in some type of home until im 18. Im scared I hope she's wrong cuz I kinda want this baby, that is if I am pregnant

I dont wanna scare u but im in the same situation with the state though not my aunt and im sorry I dont like it either but when u get "sent off" (put in the states custody) its very easy (already been in custody numorous x watched it happen) to lose baby foster homes like newborns because think about it most of them run those homes because they cant have kids of their own they usually plot to take urs which is exactly y im talkin to my case worker about closein my case next month I know how the system works and if I were u id b tryin to think of anyone that can take custody of u before this happens if u can until then this sounds bad but start playin ur aunt hard because honest or not u gotta think about ur baby and u now tell her anything she wants to hear until u think of a good fast way out time is all u have and probably not much of it

She can take u off her insurance which wont look good for her (sorry what u said she is doin makes me ill) because u need insurance and if u dont get proper health care she gets in trouble for neglect she has to provide these things for u its the law if u need to know anything else legal ask me I know a great deal been in court for 5 years now plus state gives free insurance to u while pregnant at least they do in tn if ur aunt says anything else tell her u know better but first try bein extra nice till u figured out a plan

I want to make this clear to, I did not try to do this on purpose so I can be with my bf. We have been together for 3 years and we stopped using condoms a year ago because we thought it was silly, cuz you use condoms to prevent from std's and pregnancy. And we havent slept with other people in 2 years, we are being faithful to each other and we plan on being married asap, so we thought condoms were just a waist of time if its just me and him and noone else. So if someone wants to fuss at me for doing it on purpose, I didnt, me and my bf said that if it happened it was meant to be and we would love it, and yes we would be able to fianacially support it.

But anyway, if she signs her rights over to the state to where she's no longer my guardian, can she do that then?? I asked her and she said that she would no longer have anything to do with me and the state (i live texas) would have control over me. Ive heard about how bad the homes they send you to can be, and I told her that, but she didnt care. And she said if I lost the baby (miscariage) she might take me back. And we were just talking hypothetically. So if I im pregnant she wouldnt care what happens to me or my baby. Ive heard that texas is a mother state, do you think that they would let the father make decisions or have any say at all??

the rules are that if you got pregnant at 15 you guys could get married and you'd have exactly the same rights as an 18year old. If you were 16 and not even pregnant but kicked out and your bf was 18 or older you guys could get married - again giving you the same rights as an 18year old.

Do you know anybody that could take custody over you? Cause seriously this aunt of yours got nothing other than herself on her mind. Of course she didn't ask for you to get pregnant, but at least have a heart you evil woman! Geez! I don't even know her, and yet I very dislike her!

Yeah I was suprised when she told cuz I never thought she would do such. But the only person I know is my actual mama, if I could find her. I saw her once when I was 12 and that was it. If I could find her and tell her I think she would help me since she hasant ever done anything for me, except make me beg god every night to bring us together some how. I think she owes me for all the stuff she made me go through that she could have stopped, but I dont even know where she's at, in texas somewhere. And my aunt dont want me to find her cuz she dont like her. But other than that im screwed if I am pregnant

Its not as bad as it was when I was younger, now it only bothers me when my birthday comes around.Sometimes im scared that if she found that I was preg. She wouldnt talk to me at all for good like my aunt, cuz she has bipolar really bad and she would be like this is my fault I cant do it type of thing. Im not upset that I could be pregnant, im upset about what my aunt might do to me. I knew what I was doing, im not totally dumb. I wanted a baby, but then my aunt told me what would happen and now im worried.

I dont know of anything else that could help u besides what I said and even if u found someone ur aunt doesnt seem like shell let them have custody of u so the only thing u can do that I see is the other options I named b really nice or tell her that this would b considered abandonment and neglect that shell b in worse trouble if she does I would try to b nice first and if that doesnt work do the other but wait till she files the unruly charge on you and do this to get her to drop it if it doesnt work turn her in too then u have nothin left to lose in this situation u r gone anyways even if they side with u in court because then the only place u have left to go is to a foster home u also could try to b amancipated as an adult not sure how texas works on that though id start researching it but u need to find out go to health department so she doesnt have to know the day u get tested until u get ur approach on things straight because it could get bad fast u know.

I just have a problem with people who know full well they can get pregnant, look, she had sex without a condom, while ovulating... Did she not know what was going to happen? I'm supposed to feel sorry for her because she was practically trying to concieve and now regrets it? :roll: I kinda do... But I mean, cmon she *knew* a lot of girls on here don't know that withdrawal doesnt work, or at least didnt have sex while they were ovulating... I mean who does that unless they are ttc? I sure never did without a condom.
