Q: Sugary Foods And Dizziness

Here's a question...When I eat foods with high amounts of sugar...Like sweets, pudding, etc....I feel dizzy and tired....I know these types of carbs give you energy, then you crash...But I feel these symptoms right after I eat the food (which is not often)...Could this be signs of diabetes or even hypglycemia??? Please help.........
