I have abdomenal pain on my left side toward the front. What could this be a symptom of?

It could be a cist, i'm currently having the pain in the same place you say you are. I'm going to see the doc about it. I have two small fibroid tumors on my left side. And smetimes the can grow bigger. I would get it cheeked out. Sorry my spelling is horrible. I hope I helped a little
