Has anyone received anything similar to the above? Is this person for real? I sent back this message:

"I already spend 35-50$/month in prescriptions and with a hip replacement I will no longer need to spend anything. No scripts required. Are you for real? I am looking at increasing my quality of life and you don't think that surgery is the right "solution". I guess you've never seen or felt a collapsed femoral head! I can't walk, sit, or sleep without pain. Please don't waste your time emailing me anymore. I will no longer respond!"
