Q: Headache During Sex

I have been married for three years and have had no sexual trouble until recently. I have experienced sharp pains on the right side of my head/temple during sex. This only happens during sex, I am not on any perscription drugs or otherwise and I am 27 years old and in good health. What could be the cause for this?
