I recently had unprotected oral sex with a lady whom I hardly know... She didn't go down very deep.

After the encounter, I doused my penis with antibacterial hand wash.. Everything seemed fine.

The next day, I have developed a rash that is all along the underside of my penis where it rests against my scrotum.

It itches a little bit... And is red.... No bleeding or swelling.

Could this be a reaction to the hand wash... Or do I have an std???
