Q: Frequent Urination

Unfortunately, in the heat of the moment, I had unprotected sex. Stupid? Yes, I know. But now I find that I have lower abdomin discomfort and the urge to urinate frequently. After urine release there is a slight discomfort followed by pleasure of release (not sexual pleasure, of course). Smelly....Well yes, a little. No discharge...Yet. I found an old prescription of clindamycin and took one capsule (300 mg). Think it might help? Oops....Gotta go to the bathroom.....Again. Please help! Sad

Thanks Red....
Thanks for the prompt response. No chance of pregnancy...I'm well past the age of wanting or having. As a matter of fact, I had a partial hystorectomy 6 years ago. As for the one time dosage....I've got quite a few left. But, point well taken...It's never good to medicate yourself when you're not sure of the problem. Darn....Guess a co-pay is unavoidable, but necessary. Thanks again! Confused
