Hi everyone

i'm 13 years old, and for as long as I can remember, people have always commented on how skinny I am.
As most of you will know, it's the summer holidays at the moment. Both my parents are working, so I haven't been able to get out of the house much. I clean everyday, and walk to the shops and stuff. I eat quite a lot of junk. I have a phobia of being sick... I think if I eat too much of something, or try something new, i'll vomit, so I won't eat.
Only recently, i've noticed I seemed to have gained weight overnight.

I've been getting diarrhoea quite a lot, and sometimes I look thin again, but most of the time my stomach is big and squishy.
At first I though it was bloat, but my stomach wouldn't be fatty, squishy if it was.

It's really depressing me. I get picked on a lot, and I really don't want to be fat. I know that sounds really shallow, but I just don't want to be.

I've started skipping meals, and only have a two bars of chocolate everyday, and lots of water.
Any other food I eat, I immediately go fat.

Please, please help!

Well I guarantee you don't want to make a meal out of two chocolate bars...My advice is to eat more healthy foods. Like salads and vegetables, fruit...When ur young u have a fast metabolism so if u just ate ur portion sizes and remained active ud be fine!...Don't start anorexia...Ur on the verge it sounds like. But sweety, your young, young ones go up and down with their weight all the time because ur body is growing all the time and it will keep growing and u will get taller and any baby fat will go away. Its all about being active, water and candy bars definately wont help ur weight problem. You should be living! Not worrying about your weight sweety!

I have been bulimic for a year now and it is no fun! I guarantee if you start an eating disorder...You wont be able to stop and it will take over your life and you will hate urself. I hate that I do this to myself, my body doesnt deserve it but im slowly working on it.

Much love,
mandy
