Q: Lower Dose Hormones Bc Pills?

Can anyone recommend what the good lower dose hormone birth control pills are? I have been on yasmin but want to switch off it. I dont want to try too many, and want to make a good choice.

Yasmin has a very high dose of hormones in it! You may want to try ortho tri cyclen lo (tri-phasic) or alesse if you like monophasic pills. You could call your doctor's office and talk to a nurse who could recommend something for you and possibly even give you some samples to pick up.
