I started taking birth control a month after giving birth. Towards the end of the first week a full on heavy period started and lasted for two weeks. In the third week of taking bcp's we didn't use a back up method. Three days before I was due to take the sugar pills my period stopped. I am now on my third day of taking the sugar pills and still no normal period. Could I be pregnant and could a pregnancy test show this early?

Because you were taking the pills, I think it's unlikely that you're pregnant, however, getting tested is always the safest thing to do. You might not get a period this time during the sugar pills because you had one earlier in the month. I normally don't get my period till day 4 of the sugar pills anyway :)
