All of my posts are at the top about yasmin :d

i've had the worst experiences with birth control methods. I've been on numerous pills with varieties of hormones and amounts of each, but no matter what I take, i'm in hell. Mostly it was just mood issues and bloating until yasmin, which affected my heart, as well. I've also tried the patch and the nuvaring, and both left me depressed. I'm afraid to get a shot or implants because these methods are semi-permanent, and even though I give everything at least three months, i'm afraid of not being able to get it out of my body just in case things get really rough.

Are there any options i'm missing? I don't want to get my tubes tied, but condoms are inconvenient now that i've been in a monogamous relationship for a year and a half. If anyone has any suggestions, i'd be so incredibly grateful.

I am on the shot and have been for about 1 year...The only side affect I have really had is weight gain...But if the shot isn't something you want to try what about the ring? I have a friend who uses it and she hasn't had any problems...I hope that helps...
