Talk to her...Women love to talk and talk... :) ask her to explain why she feels you don't care about her...And tell her about you being afraid there might be something between her and the other guy....Be honest...This is the very basis in a relationship...

Get back after you talk to her and find out why she's feeling not cared for and what she's feeling for the other guy...What is he doing to make her feel she cares....

Seing that I am a girl I know how women work lol. Personaly , I think in her mind you are not being affectionate enough to her. Do you tell her shes beautiful! And u love her and no one else sweet stuff like that? (by no way am I saying this is the case becuase I dont know). Even if you do a girl still wants more!! Its hard making a woman happy!

Its usually a girls way of saying that other guys find her attractive . She wants you to think the same way! This other guy may not even exist or if he does she has no feelings for him or else she would leave you for him.

She might just have alot on her mind. It all depends on the situation. But, me myself I dont think she likes this other guy. First off if she did she wouldnt tell you. Sorry to hear about your trouble, mate. From a guy's point of view, what i'd do is try my very best to re-assure her that you do care for her, and it is her that you want. If after a week or two she's still acting like this, then back off. Try and ignore her a little, see if she comes crawling back. If she doesn't, then maybe it's for the best that it ends. That's the simple way of putting it heh. Good luck! :-)
