Hi,
i have a question about my partner, the other day he showed me a small little lump on his testicle, its not inside but on top of the skin.
He suffers terribly form ingrown hairs on his face and can not close shave at all as he comes up in extremely bad ingrown hairs,ie red sore lumps.
He once did shave his testicles.
He has a painless lump on his testicles it is red-purple.It almost looks like a spot but it wont seem to go away.It does look like an ingrown hair but im not completely sure.I was wondering if anyone has any idea what it may be?
He is going to his doctors to get it checked out.

My partner suffers from the same thing, he often gets large lumps on his testicles and inner thigh. It turns out they are ingrowing hairs and are causes by friction and or hot weather. My man was advised to wash withan antibacterial wash frequently and to use antibcterial talc on areas prone to friction. On the lumps themselves you can use a drawing lotion which you get from pharmacies and cover with a plaster, this draws out impurities. Your man should go to the doc anyway to rule out anything more sinister though
