Q: Ejaculation After Urination

I have something very strange happening to me. A few years ago I started having a full ejaculation right after I pee. This isn't just a little bit of semen, but a volume more like if I had an actual orgasm during sex. Just as soon as the urine flow stops out comes the streams of ejaculate. Problem is I can't tell that it is happening unless I look down and happen to catch it visually. I am fully flacid and it doesn't feel like anything is occuring. This is especially embarrassing if I don't realize it is about to happen before putting everything back into my pants.

It occurs about once every other day and I am only 25 years old. I have visited a urologist but he had never heard of such a thing and had no solution for it, telling me that everything seemed to checkout physically. This has made me somewhat fearful that I could have something potentially serious and poorly understood by the medical community.

If anyone has ever experienced this or has any explanation for it I would greatly appreciate hearing about it.

Thanks!

Semen And Urin
I am 37. Now taking adderall for add. I notice some mixing of semen in the urine and I release my load long before the ejaculation or the orgasm. It is all about the adderall. Zoloft has the opposite effect. For me, zoloft yeilds large loads that are stuborn about comming out.

Try some zoloft is this bugs you.

I have had some strange things like that also. When having a bowel, sometimes I see ejac. In the toilet when done. Sorry for gross image but it's true.
Also, if I have been drinking and have sex, I sometimes get this "thing" where I feel like I need to urinate, but I can't (after sex). It is very uncomfortable, by the way. Lasts about 20-30 minutes sometimes. Actually happened more frequently in my early 20's than now (34).

Told Dr., he had no answer except that alcohol deadens everything and the valve down there (that controls urine, semen) must get deadened also.

So maybe you are having some sort of valve problem also...

That was a pretty gross image, but the truth hurts, right? Anyway, the last part I understand very well. I often get that after i've been drinking. You're all done. Nice and relaxed. Then suddenly there's like a burning and a feeling like you need to pee? Lasts for 15-30 minutes, then its gone? Yeah, I get that. I've tried finding info on it and have found nothing.

To be honest, I have some theorys. Number 1 is that I get it sometimes when i'm not drinking. This appears to happen when I masterbate with a less-than-raging erection. Not soft or anything, but not lets say "fully comitted". I don't know why that would make any difference, as i'm no harder on the boy at times like that. (yes, I avoid that now). However, maybe the alcohol erection isn't quite so full? Alcohol tends to kill that for me.

I tend to masterbate right before bed. I also do a pre-bed urination. I'm also far more likely to hit the toilet before sex when drinking (by the time you get home, you have to go, right?). So, my second theory is that urinating right before any type of action might be the cause. Not 100% always for sure, but its a thought (also might be due to what's in the urine).

So, anyway, I have the same issue. At first I thought I might have caught something, but the first time I remember it was years ago and i've been tested a few times since then, so I think i'm ok.

A clear cause would be great to know. For those who've never experienced it, be glad. It sucks. I remember the last time this happened with a girl I hadn't been dating long. Its late, we've been drinking, sex is done. Should be asleep, right? There I am wandering around at 4am. Yeah, that's normal.

Girl: "what's wrong?"

me: "oh, I have this burning sensation in my penis that is keeping me up. Don't worry, though. I'm sure I don't have anything. I had a real nice time tonight and I hope we get together again..."

Yeah, I know it sort of ruins the mood.
Esp. If she wants more and your having to turn it down.
I am married and she knows about it but yes it was very difficult to explain all those yrs. Ago!
I do find it odd that it doesn't happen as much (in my 30's) as it used to. You would think any dysfunctions would get worse over time.

I Also Ejuclate After I Pee.
That is the reason why I am on this web sight, looking for an answer. The only thing I can think of is that I am just too damn healthy. I've been eating oysters, tuna, salmon, fruits, and vegies, exercising like crazy, I don't know why I am on this health kick, but I guess i'll just have to add masturbation back into my daily exercise.

Ive read that over produced or un-used semen ie, watching a porn and not jerking off- is diverted into the bladder to be expelled. Since we only produce it to be used within a short time durring arousal, I would think its pointless to save up, when we have a readily endless supply of semen.
Ive had semen in my urine 10's of times before but more homogonized and not so seperate from the actual urine. If I understand you right. It never worried me because I just assumed it was normal. Larger amounts like youve described might just mean that youve got it a little bit worse. Whatever it is.

I am 21 and this has recently happened to me, I would finish urinating and then I would excrete this semen like fluid. I went to the doctor and everything checked out ok. I have recently ended a relationship so I am no longer having sex and I think it's just my body adjusting to the fact Im not ejaculating as frequently(hope this helps). I found this on the web "If this soldier has had a reduction in frequency of ejaculation since being deployed, the prostate gland is more likely to be engorged with its normal secretions." heres the link:http://www.medscape.com/viewarticle/5 07856

Congestive Prostatitus is the cause
Young Men: My boyfriend who is twenty just had this same problem. For him it was caused by lots and lots of sexual activity over the past few days that did NOT result in ejaculation or orgasm. The problem is that your prostate swells with fluid but doesn't get released. Urination, bowel movements, and sitting for a long time push on the prostate capsule and expel prostate fluid out of the urethra. My boyfriend too came a full load right after urinating. Avoid sexual stimulation or arousal without ejaculation.
If you do not believe you are having this problem due to blue balls, then it may be something else.

Dunno if this helps or not... After extended periods of sexual activity (masturbation, sex, oral, what have you) once or twice daily for a period of weeks and then stopping completely causes this to happen to me after a matter of days. I feel it start near my prostate, and it feels like a thick liquid coming out while still soft. Look in the toilet and sure enough, it looks like ejaculate. I've also noticed that after long periods of sexual inactivity (again, all types) where I'll go weeks without an orgasm, the same thing happens. The first time it happened, I freaked out (I think I was 16) but it's become a fairly normal occurrence. Just, you know, 'release' a little more often.
