I am having the rejuvi tattoo removal treatment done and one of the areas previously done has healed, but now a blister-like formation has appeared. It's not painful and it's not red, irritated or swollen (aside from the fluid-filled skin).

Is this just my body healing the skin underneath still? Could it be a sign of an infection? There is no fever in the area, tenderness, etc. The skin is also pretty tough. I tried to tear it a little to drain the fluid, but the skin is thicker than I thought and it hurt to pull on it. I guess I shouldn't do that anyway.

The people who did the rejuvi want to look at it and i'm thinking of seeing a doctor. Has anyone else had something like this happen on healing skin (not caused by a burn)?

I think itss just healing. However if it continues to get worse or painful in any way go to a doctor and have them check it out. Just be patient and see what happens
