A question about yeast infections
I visited my parents who have a problem with mold which I am allergic to. I develop sinus infections and tightness in my chest. I used symtec nasal spray. It helped releive sinus pressure and ibuprofen to releive the inflamation. After two weeks I finally cleared up the symptoms. Now I also discovered a vaginal yeast infection. Is this related to the mold? Could it be going through my bloodstream? It seams coincidental because I rarely get them. I'm still wondering if I should see a doctor. I'm unemployed and really don't need medical bills... my symptoms seem to be clearing up but does the fungal infection keep lerking in the body?

fungal infection
I have had this for 20 years on and off. Basically you have to follow a regimented diet. You can never have sugar, too many starches, breads, dairy, or too many sweets at all or it will come back.
You can have lots of protein, most vegetables, lots of saurcraut, cellery, radishes, all help. You can have nut butters like tihini and cashew butter but not peanut butter.
I take caprylic acid supplements, oregano oil, pau d'arco tea, coconut oil. I also drink half a fresh squeezed lemon in the morning and at night.
My diet had been getting lazy so I've had this bout for the last 6 months, have been on a STRICT diet for the last month and am finally starting to feel better. Fungal infections are the worst.
NEVER take antibiotics as that's what creates the problem in the first place. It kills all the good flora and fauna and makes way for yeast to come in and take over.

Lung Yeast
Hello, I just came across this lung yeast stuff. The thing that creates the environment for the yeast is microscopic parasites. Believe it. Doctors never check for this and you cant see them. Their wastes create problems with organs, then doctors call it a disease. Read the book "The Cure for all Diseases"by Huklda Regehr Clark, Ph.d. Indigenous people never got what we all have because they ate clay, wormwood herbs, etc. Please read this book and get your life back. Blessings and prayers to you, Alva

HI, im really axious right now, I have had recurrent yeast infections for twenty years, i have chronic fatigue, headaches, anxiety, depression, constipation, diahrrea, what ever you name it. soo anyhow lately I decided to go on the candida free diet, about a month ago I cut out cheese and sugar and wheat. I Had a couple lapses where I had shortness of breath and diahrea. NOw for the past week or two, I have been taking prbiotic pills, garlic pills and pau d arco pills and fish oil pills and b vitamins. I still cant get a good breath. Im itchy all over, my tongue even feels funny and sometimes i get alow grade fever of like 99.5 when my temp was normally 97.9 for years and years. Im terrified this candida has spread to my lungs, and that I am going to die early. I understand lung candida is very difficult to positively diagnose and treat. The reason I am sooo scared, is cuz when I visit other forums and we talk about die off, I am pretty much the only one who has this trouble of breathing. Has anyone else had this? what helps? what tests should I get done? I hate this feeling like i could die of suffocation. and my oxygen levels show normal and my chest exrays show normal. HELP i Need my life back, I havent even worked in 5 years because I have barely had the energy to gt outta bed. now I can hardly breathe. IM not over weight, my Bp is fine, my cholesterol is fine, actually everything IS ALWAYS GREAT, but why do I feel like theres an 85 yr old inside me.???? and Why do i seem to be the only one in the DIE off Discussions who has this breathing trouble. PLEASE advise

A few things to know about Candida (Candida Albicans) and thing
Hi Everyone.

1) If you have it so does your partner. Unless they are clear as well, they will just re-infect you. Most men never have outbreaks, so they assume they are clear.

2) Candida Albicans feeds on sugar; this means it will play hell with your blood sugar. If you’re having an outbreak, avoid heavily processed foods and anything with high sugar content. This includes fruit juice, but not fresh fruit. Also…no alcohol.

3) There is an alternative health diet that excludes most sugars, no alcohol, no caffeine, no breads or wheat. Lasts about 60 days, I've never completed it but my sister did and has never had a problem since. I will see if I can find it and post a link.

4) Cranberry juice helps, don't over do it. Have a glass every hour or two with 2 glass of water in between. It's a diuretic so don't go overboard, unless you want to spend your day running for the toilet.

5) Alternate yeasts can also help control an outbreak. Not bread, but some yogurts, specifically the ones used for full cream Greek yogurt. No Sugar, obviously
Probiotic's taken after an attack will help you recover and sometimes stave off the next outbreak.

6) If you get a bad case in your throat, see if you can get a silver spray. And yes, that is what it sounds like. Some alternative health shops will have fine silver suspended in liquid as a throat spray

7) If you can't get the spray try eating garlic, it is a natural fungicide and often has trace amounts of silver in it. Cinnamon is also a fungicide, try a stuck in hot water to drink. As an added benefit, the cinnamon should also help regulate your blood sugar.

Hope this is useful and helps a bit.
