Just yesterday I started getting heartburn but I haven't felt like there is acid in my stomach just really bad pains

If you are pregnant, take tums. They help and have some vitamins too. My sister took all kinds of those for her pregnancy.

I get that sometimes and I take nexium for it. Really helps too!

Thanks chandloss I have prevacid but have been afraid to take it im just glad im not the only person going through it

Dont take any meds with out yr doctors consent first,, tums is ok...I get heartburn from every thing that I eat....I could drink water and get it and it sux but its just part of being pregnant, are u pregnant, ifnot take what you want.

i am pregnant so I havent been taking my prevacid. I am going to wait until I go back to my doctor and see if it is ok
