I am a 30-year-old male and have been suffering from ibs for ten years now. Recently, I have begun having pain on my right side. Sometimes it is in the front just behind the rib cage. Other times it is in the exact same spot in my back. Often I can feel and hear gas moving in my back. Sometimes it occurs after eating, but many times it will happen when I haven't eaten in hours. I have diarrhea with my ibs and often I can feel it moving in the same spot in my back before I have a bm. I am concerned that the gas noise is caused by a blockage such as a tumor.

Has anyone had similar symptoms?
