Q: Throut Tightening

I would like to know if anyone knows why I have a tight throat. It feels like a big lump is in my throat and I keep trying to swallow but it stays there. I've had it for about 4 weeks now and i'm having a doctor inspect my throat with a camera tomorrow . Has anyone got any idea's please
