Ok, I just realized I posted this in the womens health.. Oops. Ill post again here and see if I get better response.

For a long time.. As long as I can remember.. My left testicle hung a lil lower. I can also feel other stuff if I touch down there.. Like my ball is hanging from the stuff. My right one feels normal, but it feels like tons of veins or somethin only on the left. It also feels like a small ball the size of a peanut attached to the veins too. Its almost like my ball exploded and let all this out.. But the ball feels normal itself. What the crap is goin on? Its nothing new.. Its been like this for a long time. I know I got kicked hard there once.. A long time ago.. Could that be it? It doesnt hurt and I ejaculate fine. Oh ya, im 20. Does anyone know what is wrong?

Only a doctor could tell you this, unless you're going to pass them around for us all the feel them, lol.... No seriously, just contact a doctor and have them check it out.
The only way to know for certain. Good luck.

Doesn't -sound- particularly bad, but maybe just a little uncomfortable. With regards to one ball hanging lower than the other, that's completely normal. It's what's meant to happen so they don't knock together. It's best to go to the doctor and get the lump checked out though, although seeing that you've had it years and it's not done anything I don't think it's much to worry about, but still better safe than sorry.

Everything you described sounds normal, except the pea sized lump. That does not sound normal. Get it checked by a doctor, preferably a urologist, as soon as you can.

I just had a thought... If this lump is on one end of the ball, it's probably literally just the thing that connects your ball to the tube to carry the sperm. Sorry for the lack of medical words there heh. It's sometimes about that size!

i don't know off hand, but as a doctor, the description you gave bothers me. If you check your balls out, you should do it after a hot shower so your scrotum is loose and hanging. Feel each nut carefully. What you should feel is a solid mass, oval shaped, and is smooth all around. You feel spermatic cords, veins, and other internal parts attached to your testis and scrotum, but you should not feel any growths, lumps, or deviations in the overall oval shape of the testis.

If this lump has been around your whole life, it should have been detected during a routine physical. How old are you? Have you had your testicles examined by a doctor before? If you have and nothing was said, then maybe you're overly sensitive to touch or something and you're feeling something else...Like a spermatic cord, vas deferens, epididymis, etc. If you're truly feeling a lump, and it's a hard lump, pea sized, then you should see a physician immediately. See an internist or urologist (may need a referral from your internist/gp to see a uro), but get it checked. If you don't have a doc, go to the er and say you're having pain in the lump.

They will check your balls by touch (palpation). Then they may order a testicular ultrasound to see the inside to look for masses, etc. This will be embarrassing, but not uncomfortable. If this is cancer, you want to catch it as soon as possible. Testicular cancer affects younger men and can be fatal if caught too late. Get it checked as soon as you can.
