First time posting, I have had alot of chest and,shoulder pain starting in my neck on the left side goning all the way to my shoulder blade , thought I was having a hear attack , but thank goodness was not. I had a mri done, it showed that I have a buldging disc at c5-6, also what some pan my left arm hurts all the time and my hand tingles, I can not sleep at night on that side. It even hurts when I walk, and I am alos goning through menapause at 40 .

Any good advice out there??? I have an appt soon with a neuro sugeron
