Genital warts have nothing to do with conceiving a baby. If you had unprotected sex during your fertile days, then you may be pregnant. You shouldn't be having unprotected sex unless you're in a committed relationship and trying to conceive b/c gential warts is an std and can be transmitted to your partner.
