Depo can cause irregular bleeding anyway, but I think I read something about it maybe causing subtle changes to the walls of your vagina (maybe making them more sensitive?). I really doubt it's anything serious, but you should get checked out at a clinic or gyn (or call the place where you get your shot & ask).
