I was diagnosed with endometriosis about 3 years ago but for the last six months I have hardly had any pain at all!!

Is this a good thing or a bad thing?? Should a go back to the gyno??

Hi,

i don't know the answer to your question but I know of someone who had quite painful mentrual pain, but then the pain gradually disappeared as a blood filled cyst developed in her abdomen - (i don't know why the cramps reduce).

If you believe that you may have an abdominal/pelvic mass then maybe you should go back to see your doctor.

All the best.
