Q: I Don't Know Where to Put This Thing...help!

Im on orthro evra. And my doctor prescribed to me over the phone and didn't tell me where I should put it. I sorta remember from the commercial that you put somewhere on your abdomin area and top shoulder, but I can't remember where the third spot is. Can somebody help me out? :(

Careful when you put it on your butt so as not to have it on your underwear line. I actually had mine come off 2 times!! Even though they are not to come off at all. I was too nervous after that and switched to bc pill
