Okay I have been on welbutrin for several months now. 300mg a day. I have been having some health issues that my doc thinks are due to my severe anxiety so he wants me to take 25mg of pamelor every night. I am scared to take it. I am afraid it will react with my welbutrin. I have severe anxiety about combining meds because I had a really bad reaction once. Can anyone tell me if its ok to take both welbutrin and pamelor at the same time?

Tia

I am certain that if you can not combine those two drugs, your doc would not have given them to you. However, you can call or stop by your local pharmacy and they will let you know if it is safe to take those two together. They have access to the pi's for all the drugs and a database for which drugs should not be combined. Hope this helps.
