My doctor has prescribed me this (10mg) to try and pick me up a liitle or relax me a bit. My attacks this time have lasted almost 3 weeks and are now almost over if that makes sence.
This is the second time I have had these bouts and seem to have been brought on by a recent appendix removal and the fact that I seam to now have ibs sinse the opperation or so the specialist said. I go crazy just thinking about something i'm about to eat is going to give me a bad stomach again.
I am just totally confused that these so called anxiety/panic attacks create so many damn problems/feelings.

Anyway is the cipralex any good anyone know.

Cheers.

I know you posted this a while ago but I only just seen our post. I am also on cipralex only 20 mg the doc started me off on 5mg also for anxiety. Ifind they sort of help not a great deal tho they certainly take the edge of it. If you dont find that they r helping you go back to the doc but give it a couple of months to kick in and then decide
