Low Back Pain In L4 to L5 to S1 Nerve Root Posted: 08-18-05 10:00am
I am looking for answers and am not sure
which way to turn. Can anyone help me
out. I have seen a neuro specialist and
all he says is aerobic excersise and quit
smoking. But it's kind of difficult to
excersise when I can't get out of bed some
days or can barely walk... Help me out
please!!

Hi frogzie ~
what kind of help are you looking for?
Hi to another wi member to another. :d

cervical and lumbar problems and see a
neurosurgeon in the milw. Area. I have
had a total of 7 spine surgeries to date
and I am fused both anterior and posterior
from c3-7 and l3-s1. My husband and I
just love my ns because he has given me my
life back.
Ask what you would like to know and I

I am responding to this because I think I
know what you may be talking about....
Have you seen a rheumotologist ????? Get
on line and look up this doctor.... Www.Drdryland.Com
..... He is the best there ever was and
people come here from all over just to see
him.... And if you do go on this site
order the book the fibromialgia cure..
And he has a new book or dvd out called
the fight or flight responce. Both
good... I live in medford oregon... He
is here. And he is the best. What I hear
you saying is the amount of pain you feel
and how you cant get out of bed... Listen
what I may think it is / is what is called
fibromialgia. Its hard to diagnose and
alot of dr's will tell you it doesnt
exsist.. Cause they dont know how to
treat it... Well get this book and I am
telling you it will make a difference....
I have it and so does this Dr. And it
stopped me for a while too. It feels like
you have the flu. And you ache in certain
areas of your body... Like a siatic nerve
pain... Hopefully I have helped... I
dont know if this is it but maybe it is...
Just try it.... It cant hurt...

I've had a few terrible bouts of back
pain. My doctor had suggested physical
therapy, which worked but only for a short
time. My doctor told me to exhaust my non
surgicla options and told me to check out
a website called abcspine.com. I found an
acupuncturist in my area, and did 18
sessions. I haven't had pain since!!
