A lot of preg miscarry twin within first few weeks or months. My ex- next g/f carried one to full term, lost one at 3 months. 15% of all preg start out twins and one is expelled or reobsorbed into system. Or even possible reobsorbed by twin.

Maybe you dint miscarry at all--did you have evidence of miscarriage--bleeding, anything coming out?

Maybe youre just a strange one it's normal for you--or normal for this baby

remember--no set facts in science!!!!

That would explain the hcg levels. Until you know for sure, do everything as if you were pregnant. I wish all the best for you!! :)
