This is very normal especially if you are a thin chap. You heart palpitations could very well be caused by stress, even a situation that you dont even realise is stressing you, or by too much caffeine in your diet. The reason your tummy feels like its having palpitations is that the blood is pumping rapidly thru your main aorta which you will probably feel to the left of your belly button and because you are of a very slim build you can simply feel it more, my advice if it really worries you is to switch to decaff or try barleycup (and perservere!!!!) try to let stresses wash over you, there is so much crap in the world that you should let others worry over it. Thank you for the reply.My doctor said its anxiety and will go away in time.Some days its terrible then other days its not so bad.
