I made a post about my pounding heart beat.Ive also noticed my stomach has been pounding hard like theres a heart beat there aswell.Has anyone had this before.

Yes. I get the stomach beatings too.. Weird as caca. Also stomach cramps and tension. Get feeling that my heart is going to beat through my chest, I can se my chest shaking as my heart beats. Its freaky but its all anxiety. No worries. It will pass

Yeah, I get the stomach beatings and I can also see my chest shaking with each heart beat, I was scared for a while that I had an aortic anyeurism, but I suppose this is all caused by anxiety.

I am getting really freaked out lately and I don't dare to do anything because it feels like my heart is beating so hard that it's going to stop or tear apart or something...Lol
seriously though, i've had loads of tests and they assure me it's anxiety,
im only 15, i'm scared that with my heart beating this hard it will be strained or damaged and lead to heart failure or something :(

Hi,
i have been getting the stomach things and feeling like I can fell everything my heart is doing like the bump bump....Bump bump but wondered if it was my stomach pulse after my heart beart slightly....You guys have made me feel so much better
