If you were wearing panties and he didnt go inside you or even ejaculate it is almost impossible that you could be pregnant. Alot of things can cause your period to take a minor detour: stress, lots of physical activety, birth control, irregular periods, or even if you keep making yourself think that you are pregnant the body can stop your period and bring on the symptoms without you actually beeing pregnant, my best advice would be to wait it out for a little while longer and it doesnt show to go to your doctor and get all the plumbing checked out.
