There is a chance you can get pregent, sperm can live in a vagina up to 7 days. But since you doubled up you should be safe. My sister said she missed a pill, and doubled up the next day and she got pregnent.

I say if you start feeling like crap, take a pregnency test like 3 days before you should start your next period.
