Okay heres the deal. I have been on ortho since april last month my boyfriend came inside of me and I missed my pill the next day which so happen to be the first pill of a new pack. I did double up the next day. But my question is if there is a greater possibility of me being pregnant because I missed the first pill. And if it being the day after I ended my period has anything to do with it. Because I am to take my forth inactive pill 2 day and I still don't have my period
