Hello ive been with my boyfriend for 10 months now, yesterday my boyf was talking ot me fine then he started being really really nasty I was crying because I didnt understand why. He went off the phone I called him back cause I was worried about him. He calmed down and told me that he gets mood swings but rarely, his mum said it could be with the lead up to a seizure do you think this was to do his his epilepsy totally or other things as well the thing is were very happy an this is totally unlike him. Hes epileptic and has been most of his life they have controlled the seizures and I think hes taking epilim.

Hello
Well sorry to hear that, I dont think that there is much that you can really do but just be there for him, its hard for him I know I am also epileptic and I have moodswings also. Maybe when he is like that to you, you could just talk to him and try to calm him down. I know it helps me when my partner does this with me I am on epilim also and it makes me have terrible mood swings and its also bad in the morning when I am waking up I am the worst. Maybe he should talk to his neurologist about switching his meds.
