Me and my boyfriend started having sex before we did anything else, but now when I go to give him head or a hand job, he wont cum onli little squirts every once in a while. Why?

Retrograde ejaculation is common in diabetics, young and old. Does he still feel the orgasm, but just lack the fluid discharge? How old is he and what is the state of his health? Any medications?

Also, if he's recently ejaculated, it'll be difficult for him to produce more.
