Ok I have a question. I am fifteen ans I am 5'1 and weigh around 100-106. Is that a good weight to be at though I use to weight like 120. But then I started purging this past year. But then I went to my g-mas she has a scale and I weighed my self I was 110 and then the next week I went back and I weighed 106. Is that healthy either to loose that much weight in a week cause I keep on goin up and down. But that week I didnt eat for a couple of days cause I was depressed a lil.

I'm 21 and I go up and down all the time...I'm 106 now, was 115 a few weeks ago, etc...I think that it depends on the scale and stuff. But yea especially if u are young you will go up and down

Whatever you do, try not to purge. Sometimes just 'going to the bathroom' can easily cause you lose 4-6 pounds in a day, too. When I was thin and quite healthy at the age of 19, I could not get below 122 pounds at the height of 5'4 no matter how much I exercised and cut my diet. (i've gained a lil since fr lack of exercise and refuse to look at a scale - assuming 130 lbs). Don't purge or starve yourself - you'll slow your metabolism and eventually gain it all & then some more back. Just be healthy and relax! Peace~
