Q: Period Cramps

Hi everyone :)

i know this is probably normal for all mums to be but i'm 20 weeks but still get period cramps on occasion, sometimes for days, and then it will stop and leave me in peace for a while hehe. I had my scan and my little boy seems fine, everything seems healthy but I heard having period cramps while pregant isn't really a good sign, is this true?

I know i'm paranoid but this is my first child and i'll have so many worries and concerns hehe.
