Hi everyone,

Well i'm pretty much in your same situation. First time mom I am 16 weeks now and I get very bloated and sometimes it hurts to just sit, my stomach gets so sore. I haven't found anything yet to help. I do drink herbal peppermint tea, that sort of helps mostly with feeling sick. Wish I could help you. I'm sure someone will know something.

Good luck to you :)
