I have a problem and I need help it may sound kind of grouse but for about 3 or 4 weeks now I have waken up in the morning for work and I feel my stomach making noise and then I have to go to the bathroom a little after that. I have the runs and it only happens in the morning it has gotten bad as far as like everyday or every other day. But its only in the morning not all day long or any other time. What could this be?? If someone knows or has a similar situation.
