A while back, I ended up starving off 15
pounds, even though my bmi had always been
right at the low end of normal. I've
since forced myself to eat more, and
gained back about half of what i'd lost.
I'm fairly normal-looking now, and I
exercise a lot. My problem is, i'm
counting calories to maintain my weight,
and i'd really rather stop. I'm worried
that if I do, i'll either lose weight or
gain a lot, especially since I still eat
irregularly, little during the day and the
rest in the evening. What should I do?
