Weak grip in hand, and when I make a fist, it hurts into back of arm. My arm is weak and sore. Occasionally soreness on right side of chest, and feel short of breath. That doesn't last, but the right-hand soreness and lack of grip strength have lasted consistently and gotten worse for 3 weeks now.

Heart attack usually happens suddenly with severe chest pain that can irradiate to the left hand.
Can you give me some more information about you like sex, age, habits, present conditions (diabetes, overweight, lung disorders, chest/arm injuries...), medication you take etc.
