Q: Bird Flu Virus

I believe the h5n1 is not the only solitary flu virus that exists, so what about the other existing forms of the same, or will it be like this that some day a new threat attributed by a new flu virus will enter the human arena and destroy everything like the current one is doing? Any idea anyone?
