Does anyone have expierece with missed periods and crohn's disease? When every my wbc jumps above 10,000 I seem to miss my periods even though I am on the pill. Resently my wbc jumped to 16,000 and I have not had a period for 2 months. The longest I went was 7 months. I have only havd crohn's for 3 years and am still trying to figure it all out. Any help and info would be helpful. I'm not really sure where to turn, my pcp, obgyn and gi drs. Are not sure either. Thanks for any input.

When I was in a really bad flare-up and dropped down to 90 pounds, I didn't get my period for three months afterwards, and I wasn't on the pill... So my advice would be to talk to both a gastroenterologist and a gyn... Best of luck.
