Ok, what is premature ejactulation... I have an idea of what it is, just not totally sure... Can some one give me a clear definition of its meaning.

How long does it take for premature ejaculaton to happen? Like right away or 1 minute?

You'll know if you are ejaculating prematurely, and it won't be pre-cum, as pre-cum is not a sign of premature-ejaculation.
