I hurt my knuckle playing hockey about 3 months ago. I have had 2 x-rays which were both negative. I have had a cortozone shot, been put on two topical anti-inflammitories and have shown limited progress. I have a bump on the nuckle of my right pinky finger. The doctor says it is probably joint/cartiledge/tendon/ligament damage. He mentioned it may be a ganglian. It is still quite stiff and sore some days, but pretty good other days. I have been referred to a surgeon but am on a 6 month wait list. I have started taking glucosamine sulphate to rebuild/repair the joint. I am desperate to get this thing healed. My doctor has become usless. Anyone have ideas? Alternative medicine? Alternatives to glucosamine?

Torn Cartilage And Arthritis
I maybe able to help you.. I torn a cartiledge in my right knee and arthritis set in. I was in alot of pain especially when it was damp and humid outside. I tried alot of products but they didn't work until a friend from the gym introduced me to cartilage formula. Only after 3 months of taking cartilage formula I was back to my old self. If you want further information please don't hestiate to contact me.

There you can read stories of people using an acai concentrate to clear up their arthritic problems.

I sell the product too and also coach on dietary changes that can relieve a lot of pain
