I have been on the birth control Implanon for a little over 2 months..the last time I had sex was sometime during the 1st week of Jan., since then i have been spotting some on and off and it doesnt look like regular blood, also I started to get a sharp pain below my belly button and on my side, and my stomach started to swell, i thought i was just bloated but it hasnt gone down and it looks to be getting bigger, i normally get migraines sometimes but latley they seem to be getting more frequent and more intense..
Any suggestions as to what this could be?

You could pregnant is the buttom if your stomach hard then you are. Take i test and find out good luck

Just because the bottom of your stomach is hard doesn't mean you are pregnant. That can be due to TONS of other things, including things as simple as muscles.

She was bleeding and had a normal period along with a negative pregnancy test, so she isnt pregnant.

You said the last time you had sex was in the first week of January. By now there should be enough hormones in your body to let you know on a test. You should go take one (they are 1 dollar at the dollar store or free at planned parenthood if you are worried about cost)

if i were you id do a blood test. you are most likely to get false negatives with home pregnancy tests.

i odn't think you are pregnant but if you are consured i would take a pregnancy test just incase can i ask are you trying to get pregnant

Pregnancy is unlikely since you had your period AND a negative pregnancy test. If you still feel you are pregnant, go see your doctor.
