I've really got conflicting answers on this, but here's all I want to know: I count calories; should I count the calories (14 kcal/100 g) in celery or not? Do they count? Thanks for your help!

Well, if you are really and serioously watching your calories, then yes, the calories in celrey do count too...But they are very little so you needn't worry too much about it.
