Has anyone here had a really bad nose
bleed associated with a sinus infection?
Yesterday, I had a terrible nose bleed,
this was before I found out about my sinus
infection. It started out when I was
driving to work and I kept tasting blood
in the back of my mouth. Once I got to
work, I had to blow my nose, and when I
did, blood clots and tons of blood came
gushing out! It freaked me out! Anyway,
it kept bleeding for about 30 minutes. I
had such a bad headache through all of
this. I had my fiance' come and pick me
up to take me to the emergency room since
the bleeding was still happening and they
told me I had a sinus infection. We have
a humidifier in our bedroom, but it has
only kicked on a few times since we have
had it. I am not sure, but I would blame
the nose bleed partially on the dryness of
the air.
