I have pain in the colon (i think). Feels like a bladder infection and urinary tract infection all at the same time. I don't have any burning sensation when I urinate though. The middle of my lower abdomen hurts too. :?: any opinions?

i've had very bad pain ,quite constant too for the past 3 weeks,
in very low abdomen,,,standing, walking, or sitting, going from left to right, & it hurts very bad to iliminate. I belch & expel gas & stools are narrow strips & at times broken up pieces like little & med ants
i'm wondering if it could be from a hernia I got after my colon cancer operation. Dr said to wear a tight girdle & if it gets hard & bunches up ,to get to emergency imediately. Thank god that
hasn't happened.I wish you luck & would like to hear from you.
